Romy Caro did an excellent job selling my Mom’s house and 5 acres! My Mom had never sold a house, but Romy made the process efficient, understandable. She closely communicated with my Mom throughout the entire process, and was always available when we had questions or concerns. The listing and pictures were professionally done, and Romy ensured a wide distribution on real estate sites and to other realtors. Romy facilitated contact with a professional title company, mobile notary, and personally checked my mom’s house on a regular basis. She even discovered an issue with a natural gas regulator and was available for the repairman to fix the problem! She is personable, listens, is patient and fun!
